This is the first time I've seen a GIS that is finally focused on multi objective decision making using weight based criteria, since SPANS GIS by Tydac technologies back in the mid 80's. I have always maintained that the real strength of GIS was is in this domain. The redistricting problem for school closures, consolidation and new school construction requires this scientific approach in order to support the decision making process....well done...Ian McHarg would have been proud.
