Seneca County Engages Sewall to Develop Online Tax Parcel So

To whom it may concern,
I don't know if this is the correct department to deal with this matter but I have lived here in Seneca Co for about five mo. I travel Davis St to Sandusky or also known as 53, and there is a light there where all the streets come together. The light to get on Sandusky St from Davis St never works to let traffic pass. If it does it is only every 10 to 15 minutes if that. I would think that the City of Tiffin and the County would have a better engineering planning department than to offer this to the people of Tiffin and that this would be noticed by the public officials and corrected to better serve the public.
Please reveiw the planning or the way you have this done to correct this problem.
