The City of Fort Pierce, Florida Selects Geographic Technologies Group (GTG) to Implement GIS Software Solutions

All this article says is that Ft. Pierce has GIS capability. When was it written, or when did they get the capability? What capabilities do they have? There is more written about GTG than what Ft. Pierce can do or the data they have. This "Aritcle" looks more like an advertisement for GTG than an informative article.
