Retail & GIS Report this article as Inappropriate to us !!!Login to Reply

I am looking at comparing our channels gepgraphically to understand how our channels support our customers, get more insight into the multi channel experience they have and feed this information into our longer term strategies which could change the way we way. has anyone got any experience in retail and using GIS? I'm looking at using ArcView or MapInfo Professional but as both seem to be good systems I would like some advice on which might serve me better in a retail environment.
