The International Conference on Geographical Information Systems Theory, Applications and Management aims at creating a meeting point of researchers and practitioners that address new challenges in geo-spatial data sensing, observation, representation, processing, visualization, sharing and managing, in all aspects concerning both information communication and technologies (ICT) as well as management information systems and knowledge-based systems. The conference welcomes original papers of either practical or theoretical nature, presenting research or applications, of specialized or interdisciplinary nature, addressing any aspect of geographic information systems and technologies.
The 2019 NORTHEAST OHIO GIS SYMPOSIUM offers a unique opportunity to directly interact with hundreds of representatives from many organizations including GIS and Geospatial technology developers, designers & program managers from Ohio and neighboring states, all of whom have a direct interest in GIS education, planning, and development for every facet of state & local government and industry needs.

Satellite-Derived Bathymetry (SDB) is a well-established surveying technology of water depth, and SDB Day is an international forum for both users and producers of this technology.
SDB is used by marine industries, government agencies, hydrographic offices, environmental consultancies, defence, and academia. The forum aims to foster and strengthen relationships within the SDB community.
Details of speakers, topics, student discount and SDB news here: https://mailchi.mp/ff12bc0defdf/only-four-weeks-to-go-til-australias-first-sdb-day
The forum is hosted by EOMAP—the world's leading company in professional aquatic remote sensing applications. EOMAP provides habitat and seafloor mapping, water quality assessments, imagery, and Satellite-Derived Bathymetry (SDB).
With SBD now recognised as an established surveying technology, EOMAP is responding to the need for both users and providers to have a venue for meeting and exchanging information on current and future developments.
It promises to be an exciting event, with attendees representing a good cross section of marine industry, government agencies, hydrographic offices, environmental consultancies, defence, and academia.
Abstract submission deadline extended to 8 March 2019.
The 2019 Annual Indiana GIS Conference presented by the Indiana Geographic Information Council (IGIC) is being held May 15th-17th in Bloomiinton, Indiana. IGIC's annual GIS conference brings together professionals from across Indiana to share and learn how to develop, maintain, and use geospatial data and technology as a bedrock (foundation) to support virtually everything we do in government or in business.
