Lattice Semiconductor Updates Guidance for Second Quarter

HILLSBORO, OR -- (MARKET WIRE) -- Jun 12, 2008 -- Lattice Semiconductor (NASDAQ: LSCC) today announced its business update for the second quarter of 2008.

--  Second quarter revenue is now expected to be up 2% to up 4%
    sequentially. This is a revision from previous guidance of up 1% to up 4%
    sequentially.
    

No conference call will be held in conjunction with this guidance update. Additional information related to the second quarter will be available when the Company reports its second quarter results on July 24, 2008.
